The Joint Stock Company for General Import and Export of Vietnam respectfully announces the Board of Directors' Resolution No. 08/NQ-HĐQT dated 13/02/2012 as follows:

- Based on the Enterprise Law passed by the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on 29/11/2005;

- Based on the company's organization and operation charter;

- Based on the minutes of the 7th Board of Directors meeting dated 13/02/2013.

RESOLUTION

Article 1: Based on Article 67 of the organization and operation charter of the Joint Stock Company for General Import and Export of Vietnam, the Board of Directors unanimously approves the resignation application of Mrs. Trinh Thanh Ha from the Supervisory Board of the Joint Stock Company for General Import and Export of Vietnam for the 2nd term (2011-2015) dated 13/02/2012.

Article 2: The Board of Directors unanimously agrees to organize an election to add 01 member to the supervisory board to replace Mrs. Trinh Thanh Ha at the 2012 annual general meeting of shareholders.

Article 3: This resolution consists of 01 page and is effective from the date of signing. The Executive Board of the Joint Stock Company for General Import and Export of Vietnam is responsible for implementing this resolution.
