+ For shareholders who have not deposited: complete procedures to receive dividends at the Financial Accounting Department - No. 46 Ngo Quyen, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi - Phone: (84-4) 3.8264009/3.9386315. When receiving dividends, shareholders are requested to bring their ID card and Shareholder Certificate. In case of receiving on behalf, a power of attorney is required.
+ In case shareholders who have not deposited wish to receive dividends by bank transfer, please fill in the information completely in the Dividend Payment Request Form by bank transfer (attached file) and fax to the company at fax number: (84-4) 3.8259894/3.8266383. All costs related to receiving dividends will be borne by the shareholders.
