3. Meeting agenda:
a. Approval of the apartment building management and operation report.
b. Report on the use and management of the 2% maintenance fund.
c. Approval of the apartment building usage management regulations.
d. Elect the Management Board for the Building.
e. Approval of the Management Board's operational regulations.
f. Approval of the apartment building maintenance plan, selection of the apartment building management and operation unit.
g. Other important matters.
4. Participants: Owners/authorized persons attending need to bring the following documents: Meeting invitation; ID/Passport; Authorization letter to attend the conference (if any) to register as a delegate.
