Based on the 2012 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Resolution, the General Meeting of Shareholders has unanimously authorized the Board of Directors of the company to amend the Charter on the organization and operation of Vietnam General Import-Export Joint Stock Company I to comply with legal regulations.
